I. Any user who has purchased a product from Tienda Pincha will have up to thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the product to request an exchange.

II. The product to be exchanged must have been purchased from Tienda Pincha.

III. It is a mandatory requirement to request an exchange that the product has not been used by the user and must be in the same condition it was received: with packaging, wrapping, and labels.

For example: if the product was received in plastic wrapping, it must have been carefully and neatly wrapped for the return. Otherwise, the exchange will not be accepted.

IV. Shipping costs for returning a product will be borne by the user.

V. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The website inventory may not be updated in real-time. The Tienda Pincha team will confirm the final availability of products for exchanges.

VI. To request an exchange or return, the user must contact Tienda Pincha through the contact form or via WhatsApp, providing details of the order and indicating which products they wish to exchange and for which (item and size), and whether they wish to keep any of them. The user can make only one exchange or return request per order.

VII. When the products the user has returned arrive back at Tienda Pincha, the team will confirm that everything is in order, and if so, will send the requested products as an exchange or process the corresponding refund.

VIII. If the products the user requested to exchange or return do not meet the requirements stated in section III above, the exchange will be rejected, and the items will be returned to the user at their own expense.
